Chems Hotel Marrakesh

The hotel had a convenient location with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and provided good service, especially the person who handled the luggage. the security of the hotel was good, with taxis and horse carriages available right outside the building.

The rooms could use some new furniture and updating. It would have been nice to have English channels on the TV for entertainment.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were very helpful. The hotel had lovely gardens and a pool, perfect for relaxing. I also enjoyed the option of having alfresco meals. The hotel was very well guarded, which made me feel safe. The location was wonderful, as it was near all the sights. I loved that breakfast was included in the stay.

While the hotel was quite luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services, I have to say that the breakfast could have been better. It was just a basic continental spread and I was hoping for more Moroccan options.

During my Xmas stay, I really liked the spacious rooms and the pleasant interior design. the rooms had a balcony and a large bathroom, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the hotel's location was excellent, with key landmarks within walking distance and easy access to transportation. This made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Marrakesh.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Marrakesh that had a great location. It was just a short walk to the heart of the city and the famous Medina. The rooms were relatively clean, and the hotel provided wifi throughout. The breakfast, while not outstanding, was sufficient for a quick and easy meal.

Perfect location for visiting Marrakesh, it's just next door to the old town and Jeema el Fna, menara mall, Koutoubia Mosque.

The hotel is conveniently located, with most attractions within a 10 to 15-minute walk. It is very close to the main square and felt safe returning there at night, even for a solo female traveler. it is near everything, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The staff were friendly and worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. The hotel facilities were great, including a heated swimming pool and clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. The location was convenient for walks into the main square and close to the main tourist attractions. We also appreciated the free parking provided by the hotel.
